This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Creaxe platform. By using Creaxe, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Permitted Use

Creaxe is designed for creating graphic designs, social media content, marketing materials, and other visual content. You are encouraged to:

  • Create original designs using our templates, tools, and AI features
  • Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and edit images and videos
  • Share and export your creations for personal, educational, or business use
  • Collaborate with others on design projects
  • Use provided templates and assets in your designs in accordance with our licensing terms

Prohibited Content

You may not use Creaxe to create, upload, store, or distribute content that:

Violence and Harm

  • Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against individuals or groups
  • Contains graphic depictions of real-world violence or gore
  • Threatens, intimidates, or encourages harm to any person
  • Promotes self-harm or suicide

Illegal Content

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
  • Facilitates or promotes illegal activities, including drug trafficking or fraud
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others

Child Safety

  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Sexualizes minors in any way, including through AI-generated content
  • Any suspected CSAM will be reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement

Harassment and Hate

  • Harasses, bullies, or intimidates any individual or group
  • Promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Contains personal information of others shared without their consent (doxxing)

Deceptive Content

  • Creates fraudulent documents, fake identities, or counterfeit materials
  • Produces misleading content designed to deceive or manipulate others
  • Impersonates real individuals, brands, or organizations without authorization

AI Generation Guidelines

When using Creaxe's AI-powered tools, you must adhere to:

  • No deepfakes: Do not use AI tools to create realistic images or videos of real people without their explicit consent
  • No face swaps: Do not use AI tools to swap faces or create manipulated imagery of real individuals
  • No voice impersonation: Do not use AI tools to impersonate or replicate any person's voice
  • No misinformation: Do not generate content intended to spread false information
  • Disclose AI usage: When required by applicable law, disclose that content was generated using AI
  • Respect content policies: All AI-generated content must comply with the prohibited content rules above
  • No circumvention: Do not attempt to bypass content safety filters or moderation systems

Content Moderation and Review

To ensure compliance with payment network requirements and applicable laws, Creaxe implements the following content safety measures:

  • Prompt-level filtering: All AI generation prompts are screened through automated safety filters before processing to block prohibited content requests
  • Output-level moderation: AI-generated content is reviewed through automated moderation systems before delivery to detect and prevent prohibited content
  • User reporting: We maintain a reporting system for users to flag content that violates this policy
  • Continuous monitoring: We regularly review and update our content safety systems to address emerging risks

Enforcement

We enforce this policy through:

  • Content moderation: AI-generated content and uploads may be screened
  • User reports: We investigate reports of policy violations
  • Warnings: Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning
  • Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension
  • Termination: Severe violations will result in immediate and permanent termination
